| M.R.S. Securities Services Inc. ("MRS") has been providing Carrying Broker Services to IIROC members since 1997. MRS is a member of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (“IIROC”) and the Canadian Investor Protection Fund ("CIPF"). MRS focuses on division of service to dealers and advisors who focus on mutual funds. |
